Our experienced team combines expertise across personal training, Pilates, exercise physiology, nutrition, prenatal care, and performance coaching. We’re passionate about helping clients of all fitness levels build strength, confidence, mobility, and long-term health through personalised, supportive coaching in a welcoming environment.

Holli is the founder and driving force behind ZV Fitness, with over a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry. She holds a Diploma of Nutrition, Certificate IV in Fitness, and a specialist certification in Neurological Rehabilitation, along with certifications in Mat and Reformer Pilates. She is also currently completing a Bachelor of Health Science, further expanding her clinical knowledge.
